Lancashire Landscapes is an expanding company committed to its employees and with a strong belief in the training and development of staff.

Only through a culture of continual skills development will we continue to offer a quality service delivered by highly trained and motivated personnel. Starting from the induction training session on their very first day of work all our staff can be guaranteed a journey of continual learning. Of significance in this process is a duty on supervisors to identify particular areas of interest or skills deficit within each of their team members so training can be tailored to every individual’s specific requirements.

We have developed a dedicated programme of skills development offered through on-the-job training, formal internal training sessions and external training providers. Our primary ally in training provision is Myerscough Agricultural College near Preston.
